Club Philosophy/Mission: “Our mission: ~To Inspire and Empower Girls Throughout Long Island~ We strongly believe that while giving our girls the proper training, coaching and guidance necessary for successes on the field, it is just as important to build trust and relationships through bonding and team-building events which create growth off the field. Our girls will carry these valuable lessons with them for the rest of their lives. As such, we are committed to providing every possible resource to place our girls in a position to succeed in life – NOT just lacrosse. We believe that while implementing the proper balance between challenging our girls to grow as lacrosse players, it is just as important to ensure our girls are properly growing together off the field. WE are NOT just a Lacrosse Club ~ WE are a FAMILY~.”

What makes your club special/ what was the inspiration for creating it? “Our holistic approach. We do more than any other club, from our robust winter training to our annual camp weekend to our customized club events. While delivering elite training, professional coaching and unique experiences, everything we do is designed to teach, grow, inspire, empower and encourage our girls. We offer nutritional education, strength training, SAT/ACT tutoring opportunities in addition to elite coaching. Through repeated and constant encouragement, and inspirational events, we are committed to EMPOWERING GIRLS THROUGHOUT LONG ISLAND.
While we take great pride in developing lacrosse players, we are just as focused on making sure our girls are responsible and accountable young ladies who put academic studies first, build and develop trust within their team to flourish both on and off the field. We are an ELITE club with elite teams and elite training. We are ONE family.

“This program was founded by a passionate and inspirational team of staff who truly love the game of lacrosse and are dedicated to providing a life-changing experience to every one of our girls.”

Community Service/Social Justice projects:

~Jesters Give Back~ “Every year we target a charitable organization to focus our efforts on. This provides our girls with a chance to effect positive change in our local communities. In the past we have supported charities through Christmas Cards for Soldiers, Toys for Tots, Blessing Bags filled with warm items for Long Island’s needy and this year we are focusing on ‘Operation Gratitude’ where we will be sending letters of encouragement to troops, veterans, wounded heroes and first responders.”

Which age groups and other programs (camps, training, etc.) does your club offer? “We offer training from pre-k through 11th grade. Our Junior Jesters program offers training for Pre-K through second grade. Throughout this training program, we implement our big sister / little sister format where our Junior Jesters practice side by side with our middle school and high school Jester players weekly, reassuring sound fundamentals and proper technique. Our club has multi teams at grade levels from third to 11th grade, each receiving the highest level of development and education so we are ready to battle against every other top club in the nation. We offer many additional resources for training from our director’s camp, indoor winter training, positional training clinics with lacrosse all-stars, pioneers, trailblazers such as Sam Apuzzo, Sammy Jo Tracy and Katie Hertsch. We also offer goalie specific training for our goalies.”

What was the highlight of your club’s 2020 summer/fall season? “Due to our training and development, we are proud that five of our players represented us on the All-American Under Armor 2020 Team.”
