Harrison High School (NY) 2018 face-off specialist-midfielder Will Kirshner has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Fairfield University.

What will you major in/study? Undecided
Why did you choose Fairfield? “The distance away from home was perfect for me. I also love the downtown of Fairfield and the campus itself really stood out to me. Another key factor was the coaching staff. Coach (Andrew) Copelan, as well as the rest of the staff, is someone who I immediately wanted to play for as soon as I stepped on campus.”
HS team’s outlook for 2017 season? “We are a pretty experienced group this year. I think we have the firepower to compete in class B of section 1, and expect nothing less of a semi final game in sectionals. Coach Matt Cipolla is our new coach and we are all excited to be playing for him this year.”
Thank You: “First, coaches Matt, Bryan, and Bob Cipolla. All 3 have worked tirelessly at spreading lacrosse in the town of Harrison, and have played key roles in the development in my game. Next, I’d like to thank Jamie Hanford, Chip Buzzeo and the rest of the Eclipse coaches for helping me out through the recruiting process.
